What is Integrative Coaching?

6 private integrative coaching sessions
Each session is intentionally structured to work at the level where leadership patterns are formed supporting clarity, embodied presence, and internal alignment. The pacing allows changes to land, stabilize, and integrate into real leadership contexts rather than staying theoretical.Strategic pacing for depth and sustainability
The first three sessions are typically scheduled closer together to establish momentum and resolve core patterns. Sessions four through six unfold monthly, allowing shifts to consolidate and mature in how you lead, communicate, and make decisions.One optional private energetic weaving session (after session three)
This session supports the stabilization of the changes already underway. Rather than introducing something new, the weaving helps lock in alignment, reduce energetic “rebound,” and create durability in the transformation so it carries forward with less effort.Integration between sessions
